Automation Bridge for WooCommerce
Send signed WooCommerce order events to n8n, Google Sheets, Telegram, or your own API, and when a delivery fails, see it, understand why, and recover the same event.

The problem
WooCommerce’s built-in webhooks switch themselves off after repeated consecutive failures and offer no way to resend the original event. The order is paid, yet it never reaches the sheet, bot, or CRM, and usually nobody notices.
How recovery works
When the destination goes down
An ordinary webhook fails silently at this point. Automation Bridge follows the delivery all the way to recovery.
- 1
An order is placed
The exact event body is stored before the first attempt.
- 2
Signed delivery
In the background, HMAC SHA-256 signed, under one stable Delivery ID.
- 3
Bounded retries
After a temporary error: about 1, 5, and 30 minutes, then 2 hours later.
- 4
Needs Attention
The final failure is listed with a plain reason, and an alert email is sent to the admin.
- 5
Retry Delivery
Fix the destination, then resend the same event with one click.
- 6
Recovered
The same body arrives under the same Delivery ID and is logged as Recovered.

Capabilities
What this plugin includes
HTTPS webhooks signed with HMAC SHA-256, with a timestamp and Delivery ID
Background delivery through Action Scheduler, so checkout never waits for a webhook
Up to 5 bounded automatic attempts over roughly two and a half hours
A Needs Attention list with a plain-language failure reason, plus an admin alert email
Manual recovery of the exact stored event body under the same Delivery ID
Delivery log with each attempt’s result and the current outcome: Delivered, Recovered, Retrying, Needs attention
Four-step setup guide, three ready n8n workflows, and English and Persian docs
Why trust it
Built to be relied on
Tested on a real failure scenario
The full path, five 503 replies, Needs Attention, manual recovery, Recovered, was run on the public v1.2.1 demo, and final QA covered PHP 7.4 and 8.3.
Failures don’t stay hidden
Every final failure shows up in Needs Attention with the order number, HTTP code, attempt count, and time, and one alert email is sent to the admin per failure cycle.
Signed and secured
Every request is HMAC SHA-256 signed, sent over HTTPS only, and guarded against SSRF. The secret is never shown after saving, and contact fields are masked in previews.
An honest product boundary
It is a one-way sender to one HTTPS receiver, not a hosted service, two-way sync, or an official n8n, Telegram, or Google integration. The receiver and accounts stay yours.
Comparison

Honest limits
What to know before you buy
- Delivery is at least once, not exactly once: the receiver should ignore repeats by Delivery ID.
- Timing depends on the site’s WP-Cron and Action Scheduler health; there is no timing guarantee.
- Whether the alert email arrives depends on your WordPress mail setup.
- One HTTPS receiver per site; there is no bulk retry or multi-destination fan-out.
